Cancellation Policy
Due to the extensive organisation and limited capacity involved with our activities, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue.
Customers have the opportunity to rebook, or to receive a full refund, by rebooking or cancelling their booking online with 48 hours notice. Pricing may vary depending on your rebooking. Customers will also receive a full refund in the case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to tour departure are not eligible for a refund. No-Show or Late Arrivals will be subject to full payment. If a customer fails to join a tour, no refund can be made. All passengers should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure time to ensure on-time departure.
