Do I pay when I send a request?

No. Sending a request costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We check availability first, confirm the final price in writing, and only then send a payment link.

How quickly will I hear back?

Most requests are answered the same day during Dubai working hours. Peak periods and requests involving several operators can take a little longer.

Can I choose a specific time or date?

Yes. Tell us your preferred window in the request and we will check what is available closest to it. Timings are set by the operator or venue, so we confirm what they can actually offer rather than promising a slot in advance.

Is hotel pickup included?

It depends on the experience and the option you choose. Sharing and private transfers can be arranged from most Dubai hotels. Where a transfer is included it is stated in your written confirmation; where it is not, we will quote it separately.

What about children and infants?

Child rates and infant policies vary by operator and by venue. Tell us the ages of everyone travelling and we will confirm the exact policy that applies to your booking.

Can I combine several experiences in one booking?

Yes, and it is usually the easiest way to work. Send everything you are interested in and we will come back with one plan and one price rather than several separate bookings.

What if something is unavailable on my date?

We will tell you and suggest the closest alternative, whether that is a different time, a different day or a comparable experience. You are never charged for something we could not confirm.

Can I cancel or change a booking?

Cancellation and amendment terms depend on the operator and the option you chose. We confirm the exact terms in writing alongside the price, before you pay. A request that has not been paid for can be withdrawn at any time at no cost.

Do you arrange visas as well as tours?

Yes. We handle UAE visa applications and assist with UK, USA, Thailand, Singapore and Turkey visas. Requirements depend on your nationality, so we confirm what applies to you before anything is submitted.

How do I reach a person?
