Who we are
Travel Gate Tourism is a travel and tourism company based in Dubai. We arrange attraction tickets and guided tours across the Emirates, handle visa applications for the UAE and a range of international destinations, and put together holidays further afield in the Caucasus, Turkey and Southeast Asia.
Most of what we do is arranged individually rather than sold off a shelf. A family of five visiting in August has different needs from a couple travelling in January, and the itinerary should reflect that. We would rather ask a few questions first and get it right than push a fixed package.
How we work
You send us a request. Our team checks availability with the operator or venue, confirms exactly what is and is not included, and sends you the final price in writing. Only once you have approved it does any payment happen.
It means you are never charged for something that turns out to be unavailable, and there are no surprises between what you booked and what you receive. It also means we are reachable by a person, not a chatbot, if something changes while you are here.
