The terms on which Travel Gate Tourism provides bookings, visa assistance and holiday arrangements.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to the use of this website and to any booking or service request made through it. By sending a request you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to make the request on behalf of everyone named in it.
2. Our role
For tours, attractions and transfers, Travel Gate Tourism acts as a booking agent between you and the operator, venue or supplier delivering the experience. The experience itself is provided by that supplier and is subject to their terms, which we pass on to you in your confirmation.
3. Requests, quotes and confirmation
Prices displayed on this website are indicative unless stated otherwise. A request is not a booking. We check availability, confirm the final price and inclusions in writing, and a booking exists only once that confirmation has been accepted and payment received.
4. Payment
No payment is taken through this website. Payment is requested only after availability has been confirmed and you have approved the price, by a payment link or another method agreed with you. Never send payment to anyone claiming to represent us through an unverified channel.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for holding valid travel documents, for meeting the entry requirements of your destination, for arriving at the stated time and place, and for telling us in advance about medical, mobility, accessibility or dietary needs so we can check whether an experience is suitable.
6. Changes by suppliers
Timings, routes and inclusions are controlled by suppliers and may change, including at short notice, for reasons such as weather, safety, traffic or operational requirements. We will inform you as soon as we are told and offer the alternatives available.
7. Visa services
Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government or immigration authority. We assist with preparation and submission and do not influence or guarantee any outcome. Requirements, fees and processing times are set by that authority and may change without notice.
8. Liability
We are responsible for arranging your booking with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent suppliers, nor for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Website content
We take care to keep this website accurate, but descriptions, images and availability may change. Images are illustrative. Where a discrepancy arises, the written confirmation issued for your booking prevails.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
