Routes, departure times and flight operation may change because of weather, air-traffic control, aircraft availability or other operational requirements. Carry only permitted personal items onboard and follow all instructions from the flight and ground crew.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your flight, we require you to email or call our office at least 48hrs in advance. If you cancel your flight 48 and 24 hrs you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and within 24 hrs there will be a 100% cancelation fee.
You can reschedule your flight at no charge if you contact us more than 24 hours in advance of your flight time.
