Overview
The Dubai Water Canal cuts through the middle of the city, linking Business Bay to the sea past illuminated bridges and waterfront towers. On New Year’s Eve it offers a different perspective from the busier Marina and Creek routes – closer to the skyline, and generally calmer on the water.
This is a request-to-book experience. Travel Gate works with canal operators to secure places on the night, and we confirm the vessel, the boarding arrangements and everything included before you pay anything. Final vessel, boarding details, timings, inclusions and viewing expectations are confirmed with you Dubai-based team.

Viewing opportunities depend on the confirmed vessel route, positioning and operating conditions on the night. Places on New Year’s Eve are limited and are held only once the operator confirms them. Nothing is charged until you have the confirmed vessel, rate and inclusions in writing.

Choose Without Transfer or Private Transfer. Private Transfer is AED 1,300 per vehicle for up to 4 guests, with adults and children both counting toward vehicle capacity; larger parties need additional vehicles. Without Transfer means you make your own way to the confirmed meeting point.

New Year services are 100% non-refundable after payment for customer cancellation, no-show, late arrival or unused services. Changes require written approval. If the service is cancelled or not provided as agreed, applicable legal remedies remain available.
