Deep Dive Dubai

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled experience, subject to the terms of the selected ticket. Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience may be non-refundable. No-shows are generally non-refundable. Once the experience has started or the ticket has been used, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund. Cancellation and rescheduling requests are subject to the applicable operator and ticket conditions. If the operator cancels or reschedules an experience due to operational, safety, or other unavoidable circumstances, the applicable operator policy will apply. Third-party products and special promotional tickets may have different cancellation conditions and may require approval. During peak seasons and special events, cancellation requests may be subject to service-provider approval. Guests who are unable to participate because they do not meet the applicable age, health, certification, or safety requirements may be subject to the operator’s cancellation terms. Please contact Travel Gate Tourism as early as possible if you need to cancel or modify your booking.
