Privacy Policy
What personal information Travel Gate Tourism collects, why we collect it, and how it is handled.
1. Information we collect
When you send a booking request, an enquiry or a visa application we collect the details you provide — typically your name, contact details, travel dates, the number and ages of travellers, and any preferences or requirements you tell us about.
Visa applications require more, including passport details and supporting documents. We ask for these only where they are needed for the application concerned.
2. Why we use it
We use your information to check availability, arrange and confirm your booking, submit visa applications where you have asked us to, contact you about your arrangements, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Who we share it with
To arrange a booking we pass the necessary details to the operator, venue, hotel, airline or supplier providing it. For visa applications we submit your documents to the relevant government authority or its authorised processing centre. We share only what is required, and we do not sell your personal information.
4. Keeping it secure
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you give us, and we limit access to those who need it to do their job. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. How long we keep it
We keep booking and application records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting and regulatory requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
6. Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also ask us to stop sending marketing messages at any time. Send any of these requests through our contact page.
7. Cookies
This website uses cookies necessary for it to function, and may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some may affect how the site works.
8. Other websites
Our pages may link to websites operated by others, including suppliers and payment providers. Those sites have their own privacy practices and we are not responsible for them.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
10. Contact
Questions about privacy can be sent through our contact page.
